How can I track my order?

Once the order is dispatched, you will receive an email with the tracking link and Id for your parcel so you can follow its journey.

My order has not been delivered. What can I do?

Do you deliver outside India?

We only deliver within India.

Can I cancel or amend an order once it has been placed?

We are unable to cancel or amend orders once they have been placed. Please ensure you review all information carefully as you proceed through our checkout. However, you can return the ordered product to us. For details of our refund policy, please click here.

Do you offer a gift wrapping service?

Unfortunately, we currently do not gift wrap or include a gift message with any of our orders.

How can I pay for the order?

All purchases made on Accessorize India website can be paid by credit card, debit card and net-banking. For credit card you may choose to use Visa, Mastercard and American Express.

What is the refund policy for items purchased from the website?

We are happy to offer a refund or exchange on merchandise (except earrings for hygiene reasons) returned within 30 days with its original tags and invoice. One of my items has been cancelled? Why did this happen?

Items may be cancelled either because of stock availability or due to an error in payment. In such a case no money will be debited however if the money has been debited, it will be refunded in in 7 working days.
